"We were terrified to call a plumber but Benjamin Franklin plumbing responded so quickly and came out the same day. Mr. Eric Lovelady was so kind. He walked us through every step took photos to show the work and even blew us away with payment options. He came back or fixed everything in no time, didn’t leave a mess, and still explained every step. "They we just at my house two weeks ago and didnâ t expect to have to contact them so soon but my shower drain was clogged so called them again. This time Nicolas Lamoureux was the technician and he was very personable and knowledgeable and was able to unclog the drain in just a few minutes. Great job Nicolas, thank you."
