" Initially, we contacted the owner Scott Whitelaw in March 2016. Eventually we agreed on the June start time, in June the project started as planned. We needed to have our concrete and brick front steps repaired and replaced with granite slabs.  The concrete was repaired and slabs replace and the concrete was stained. I was concerned about getting the right kind of stain color for the overall look of the project, and Scott worked very well and very patiently with me to see that we were satisfied. Once I was able to select the brick product the brick walkway was laid exactly to our expectations. We required a curve in the walkway and Scott was able to meet our expectations. "I called the company based on other reviews. They were courteous, pleasant and helpful on the telephone and I got an appointment within a couple of days. The technician, Nicholas, arrived promptly and covered his work area with a drop cloth. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part on hand for the repair. He said he could reposition the logs correctly with no problem. He also cleaned and reconditioned the entire log set, both sets of glass and the entire back of the unit. He vacuumed the entire area before leaving. The fireplace looks FANTASTIC and operates perfectly.
