"Very professional, prompt, fixed the problems, highly recommend."

"BEST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER. I gut renovated a house that hadn't been touched in 47 years and have had every kind of contractor and servicer in over the past five years. Jorge and Christian were thoroughly knowledgeable and simply a delight to work with, such honest, trustworthy and polite people in additional to their professionalism. Jorge tirelessly answered my dozens of questions before the install and completed the work meticulously, new install of central AC and heat pump, including new duct work. I have already recommended them to a colleague looking for new install and will continue to do so."

"Great company! They've been super responsive when we've had questions or concerns, and deliveries are frequent enough that we never have to worry about running out of heating oil."

"still waiting for service call which is today"

"The service was prompt and courteous."

"I had a great experience with this HVAC company from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to get someone out much sooner than I expected. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system in a way that was easy to understand. They were honest about what needed to be fixed and didn?t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The repair was completed efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. They also made sure everything was clean before leaving. Overall, I felt like they were reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services and will be using them again in the future."

"They came out and gave an estimate for a new boiler and we contracted with them for the replacement. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a few issues after the installation with air getting in the line and blocking the flow of hot water. However, Our installation came with a 1 year service contract and they returned to remedy the problem promptly and professionally. Bell stands behind their work. We would recommend Bell and will use them in the future."

"These guys came out on July 4th to fix my malfunctioning air conditioner. They arrived exactly on time, and had to work in 93 degree weather. My condenser is very close to a rose bush with some evil thorns, and they never complained at all about that hazard. They also advised me that I was using a filter that was rated too high for the system. This will save me money over time. I thought the higher FP (MERV) rating would be better, but it is restricting the air flow. Honest, reliable, courteous service."
