"Scheduling the work for a new dryer vent was not only easy and prompt, but the young lady who scheduled was more than helpful. The company offered a coupon on Angie's List which I had not purchased. After I mentioned finding the great reviews on Angie's List, she told me I would save by purchasing the coupon, which we did. Wayne and Robert arrived on time and proceeded to install the new vent after explaining what they would do. They reconnected our dryer to the new vents, replaced it and tried it out. Finally, they replaced a door that had been taken down by the new washer and dryer installers when they were done. I was extremely pleased with All Dry.  They gave me many options to fix my flooding basement problem without any high pressure sales techniques.  The crew did an awesome job and were very courteous.  I made a few changes as the install progressed and they handled everything with a smile.

"It was a very tough and technical HVAC install on a house that didn’t have central AC and had a lot of challenges. They knocked it out of the park and finished in lightning time."

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
