"Our initial contact with the business was very good. Branden was the sales person, and did an excellent job presenting the products and working with us on what would best suit our needs.  Weather was a factor, rain delayed the start of the project, but it was finished in a timely fashion. Two concerns with the installers. We asked them to call and let us know when they would be coming on each day, and this only occurred once. The second concern was upon arrival at our house, both guys would automatically use our bathrooms.  One of the guys "destroyed" the toilet, and didn't clean up after himself. (My wife cleaned up the mess). Every time they showed up to work, they would start the day with a bathroom session.  I felt this was pretty un-professional, and if I was in the same situation, I would stop at Quiktrip or McDonald's to take care of my business. There was also a glitch in the ordering process. We payed for grills for the windows, but it somehow didn't make the initial order. This was quickly corrected. <br />"

"Excellent. Hanging the hammock on the porch of a beach house took some ingenuity to hang properly. It turned out to work perfectly and looks good. The replacing of rotten wood and re-screening look good as new. Stephen (the Tybee Handyman) is a pleasure to work with, totally dependable, professional and does good work. He also is very reasonable in his charges."

"A few delays due to too much rain. Roof replacement was done quickly and even finished in rain. Fast crew and good clean up of debris. AJ di a great explanation of process. Best quote of all the companies I had prices from. Local company GAF shingles look great."

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

"I called American Roofing because of a small wet stain we noticed in a <br /> bedroom.  Someone came out right away and after inspecting the roof and <br /> attic, he determined the roof was fine but a small amount of water was <br /> coming in around a pipe.  All it needed was some sealer around the <br /> pipe.  Since that company also does gutters I got him to look at and <br /> give me a price for new gutters and guards around the roof line over the <br /> patio.  They did the work on the gutters within a couple of days but <br /> had to order the gutter guard.  They came back in one week and finished <br /> up putting the guards up and sealing the corner and down spout joints.  <br /> They were very professional and nice to work with.  The gutters work <br /> well, match the house and look very nice. <br />"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Pembroke, GA

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
