"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Even though the refrigerator couldn't be repaired, Louie provided excellent customer service and was extremely informative regarding their processes. Also Pat was very helpful and very nice to speak with. I definitely will use their services again if need be!"

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Alamo appliance repair services is an excellent service for appliances. He did not leave until he had resolved the issue which did not take long."

"Immediate response to my inquiry , called me back in less than 15 minutes, and came out to help me within an hour. Very professional, and very nice! I would call him again. Fair pricing, and he worked really hard! Kenneth did a great job with the repair. It there were 10 stars, I would give him 10 stars! Very pleased I chose him, and very relieved my problem is fixed. A big thank you from me!"

"Lou came to fix our dryer that wasnt drying clothes in one cycle. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He took apart the dryer to fix it, and cleaned out the debris inside. He said our vent was clogged and cleaned it out, also replaced the venting. He tested the machine before leaving. Dryer now dries clothes in one cycle instead of multiple. I highly recommend Lou. Will call Absolute Appliance for all future repairs."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Tom kept open communication and notified me of need to change appointment and his estimated arrival time. On arrival to home for service, he informed me of the most likely and cost effective issues/problems to rule out first before assume the issues could be due to large major appliance repair parts. He explained what he did, simplified what I needed to do and look for if the problem should arise again. Definitely recommend."
