"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

He said our vent was clogged and cleaned it out, also replaced the venting. He tested the machine before leaving. Dryer now dries clothes in one cycle instead of multiple. I highly recommend Lou. "Because I had a service contract with them they were quick in responsiveness but I was disappointed to learn that my service contract only gave me a $25 discount and that the water heater that they gave me is highly rated but they did not present me with any options to choose between. They kind of said here is what you are getting. I think it would have been cheaper to not use the company I had the warranty with and purchase and then have someone else install it. The only advantage to using this company was that it got done on the same day."

He gladly accepted the additional work and the requirement to meet a tight deadline. He priced out the job, provided an estimate within a week and finished the job in one day. He ran into a double set of rafters in the ceiling, which he solved to our satisfaction. He is very well tempered, mannerly and expert at his craft. He also was fastidious in cleanup. "It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
