He said our vent was clogged and cleaned it out, also replaced the venting. He tested the machine before leaving. Dryer now dries clothes in one cycle instead of multiple. I highly recommend Lou. "Because I had a service contract with them they were quick in responsiveness but I was disappointed to learn that my service contract only gave me a $25 discount and that the water heater that they gave me is highly rated but they did not present me with any options to choose between. They kind of said here is what you are getting. I think it would have been cheaper to not use the company I had the warranty with and purchase and then have someone else install it. The only advantage to using this company was that it got done on the same day."

He ran into a double set of rafters in the ceiling, which he solved to our satisfaction. He is very well tempered, mannerly and expert at his craft. He also was fastidious in cleanup.
