The owner Derrick was VERY ACCOMMODATING for us, he actually came on a Saturday to take measurements, and he was able to fit us in the same week for the preparation work and install. For the Pocono area this is very impressive and his company should get the best business of the year award! Price was very reasonable and Derrick really knows his business. He took the time to answer all of our questions even after working hours. Derrick arrived when scheduled and did all of the work without incident. We are already looking into replacing more of our tile work with LULEK CONSTRUCTION."

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

Once a start date was determined, Mark and his assistants came on those days. When I asked for suggestions, Mark gave input. 2 baths remodeled. I purchased vanities/toilets/faucets/tile/etc on my own: Master bath, demo fiberglass tub and replaced with tile shower. Tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. "Chris and his two sons did an amazing job on remodeling my basement into a playroom for my twin boys. They were very sweet, made me feel comfortable and also were very good with my two toddler boys. The moment they came to my house to do an estimate, i felt very comfortable around them and they were very friendly and threw out ideas on the remodel, like lighting and other ideas. They finished the job in less than 30 days (which was the timeline given) and they were very patient with me when i had changed my mind on certain things. Chris even played with my boys and had conversations with me, so I felt like they were more family than strangers working on my house. They did an excellent job on the remodel and everything turned out better than I had envisioned it. They were always on time and always cleaned up each day after they were done.
