"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

Once a start date was determined, Mark and his assistants came on those days. When I asked for suggestions, Mark gave input. 2 baths remodeled. I purchased vanities/toilets/faucets/tile/etc on my own: Master bath, demo fiberglass tub and replaced with tile shower. Tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. Hall bath, demo fibroglass tub, replaced tub with tile to ceiling, tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. I am completely satisfied with Mark's workmanship and would definitely hire for future projects. "We very much appreciated that Chris listened to what we wanted to have done and why; after listening he sent pictures of options and made suggestions that would help to make the kitchen look really nice.  He sent pictures as the work was being completed to make sure we liked everything as it was being completed.  After the initial work was completed, we added a few more things to the to do list and had the kitchen light fixtures, the range hood, outside light fixtures and replacements of our sun room skylights.  We very much liked the work that was done and are planning/saving for our next project and will be calling Chris again to complete the work.

"Roof framing and siding went great. They did not start when they said they would but it wasn't long after that. Then Super storm Sandy hit and I guess they were very busy with emergency repairs. (no damage to my house from the storm) It took over a month till the porch posts and railings got replaced and then they were done incorrectly. I had to have them come back and install the correct angled brackets for the railing from the porch to the sidewalk, and that took a few more weeks.
