"Corey was able to fix our dryer in a quick and efficient way, we will definitely use for any future appliance repairs or needs in the future!"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Not only was my initial request completed effectively and at high quality (pool deck pressure wash and coping tiles re-caulked), we soon repaired several others mechanical and electrical issues."

"Jerrad came out the same day we called and had our dryer fixed within an hour. He explained why the issue occurred and how to change our behavior to prevent future problems. He also did the work under warranty since he had previously repaired the part, even though it was our usage habits that caused it to fail. Prompt, professional and friendly serviceâ we highly recommend!"

"It went perfectly! My washer works better than before. He made sure it was setup & balanced/leveled perfectly. The vent cleaning helped the performance of my dryer as well. I highly recommend Gibson’s Appliance Repair."

"Repair went well. Job well done."

"Water dispenser wasnâ t working on my dual fridge/freezer unit. Repair was quick and reasonably priced. Experience was professional and hassle free. Would recommend and will be using them for any future appliance issues. In addition to the great service, I asked the technician if he had recommendations for someone who could fix a closet door that came off its track; instead of a recommendation, he asked if he could take a look and he had it fixed in a few minutes. Thanks again!"

"Amanda was professional and courteous. She discussed all details of the issue with me, explained my options, and let me decide on the course of action. There was no pushing towards the expensive part or adding extra fees. She was clear and respectful. Her work on the machine was excellent and I have had no problem with my washer since."
