RSanford Services returned our call quickly and confirmed an appointment. They were on time. Randy the owner came with a team, ready to just give us an estimate. Randy was patient with us, gave us an easy to understand explanation of the situation and gave us the estimate. It was better than expected. The job wasn’t easy, but the team got right to work, keeping us informed along the way. The home was built in 1994. Who ever did the piping used zip ties to hold this main pipe off the ground and at the appropriate angle. Due to a backup, the ties snapped, blocking the line. Randy and his men, cleaned up under the house, secured the pipe, back flushed the system and fixed the main section with a more efficient and stable system. They cleaned up professionally, were courteous and we would recommend them highly."

It was late so he did what he could to control the leak. The next day Cellino and the organization went to work. It took three trips dealing Erie County Water had unexpected issues get the water off with 90 year old pipes (the job by Erie county Water was nothing less that exceptional, they had crews out faster than I thought possible). Every step of the way from the dispatchers to the technicians, everyone at Cellino was responsive, considerate, and truly cared.
