"If I could give 6 stars, I would! I bought a Larson Platinum storm door from Lowes and tried to install it myself, but found that the woodwork around my old storm door was curved and the new door required a flat surface and I was worried there was more water damage than I could see. There was also caulking that was old and cracking. Sean answered our call and asked for photos of the the doorway & issues. He was able to come down and removed the curved wood & caulking, (luckily I didn't need the whole frame replaced), put new planks up, re-caulked it and installed the new door within 3 hours. And the cost was just a little more than half of what I paid for the door itself. Completely worth it and the installation looks so clean! Sean was very nice and courteous, very knowledgable about the door & installing it. But after he loaded his van back up and was getting ready to leave, a recycling/trash picker stopped by the neighbor's house and the old guy attempted to lift a washer or something into the bed of his pickup truck. Sean could've driven off to get to his next job, but instead he helped the guy out and put it in his truck for him. He didn't have to, but he did. I know that picker really appreciated this helping hand. And that's why I'd give Sean & Mint Contracting 6 stars if I could!"

"He installed my storm door. Pointed out that the floor sweep that came in the box was not cut or notched like it should have been and I contacted Lowe's to start getting a replacement part. He was a little slow to respond to texts so calling is best. Door seems great so far!"

"I recently had 1st Security install a system in my new house and so far have been very pleased with all aspects of the system, from the initial estimate to the installation to the functioning of the system itself. Jeremy did our initial estimate and provided us with a thorough explanation of the system. "Excellent work.  Zach is easy to talk to, straight-up, completely reasonably priced, and he and his crew do excellent work.  This was a complicated job due to the height, deep soffits, and the way the original gutters were installed.  Other contractors were hesitant but it was no problem for them, took 2 full days, including an evening until 7pm, very impressed with the work ethic.  Their cleanup was also excellent.  No more leaking gutters, all new, looks great, I'd welcome him back."

"The installation only took three days and looks great. We went with white to keep the house cooler since our main living area is south facing. My only gripe is that it took a while between delivery and installation. However, Roman helped me with that. I'll hire Exceptional Exteriors for my next project for sure."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"Overall, very satisfied. There was a bit of a delay between when the door arrived in town and when it was finally installed. In the end, the install was done, and done very well. Rod is a straight shooter and I feel he did what he could to make sure I was happy. Les, the installer, was a delight and did a great job."
