"I contacted Robert S. to discuss a water leak from our master bath through our kitchen ceiling, which we have been dealing with for about 3 years in our 5 year old new construction home. He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower. We will be replacing our shower doors which were improperly installed by the builder and Robert will be repairing our water damaged ceiling. "Second major project with Flansburg Construction! Can't say enough good things about Dan and his team. Dan is constantly communicating what needs to be done and when. He ALWAYS responds to your questions and needs!! We also really appreciate how accommodating and flexible he is with our constant changes and new requests. Owners don't realize until things come up or in the middle of the construction. His team also fixed a lingering plumbing issue without a hitch! I also can't say enough about the crew's cleanliness for a major project. They always laid down tarps and cleaned up every day. They even went the above and beyond with installing this cool tarp with a zipper entrance to the lower level where the family was confined to during the project AND the best thing was this commercial dust filter that really reduced the dust! We really appreciated that since our son has allergy/dust induced asthma. The new kitchen and dining room came out fantastic that we will be loving for many years to come. Even after 4 months after the project, there are times I still just stand and admire the new kitchen!! I don't know what more I can say to recommend Flansburg Construction.
