"My daughter's own words: "After my son decided to take the spout out of the wall of the tub and shower, i called Bud Hypes around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday! After leaving a message,thinking that they had left for the day, I got a call back with in 30 minutes from a technician saying he could be out the next morning first thing! He gave me an estimate over the phone without even looking at it...Mike and Bobby came the next morning and got right to work, w/in the hour we had a new spout and pipe and it was cheaper than originally thought! The technicians cleaned up after themselves and it looked like new!" We were impressed and so was our 5 year old son!! He asked us if we could call them the next time we needed something fixed, let's just say, I hope we don't, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Mike and Bobby again!!! Thanks guys!""
