"They showed up in a timely fashion to provide me a quote.  After assessing his cost and the cost of another competitor, and pricing out renting a power washer for 4 hours, I decided to do the work myself.  I had a small enough house that I decided I could get it done and save myself some money.
If I had a bigger house or one that was significantly dirty, I would have utilized their services.

"The fence was installed satisfactorily, but we requested a certain kind of post caps but were given another (not a huge deal, but still we didn't get what we asked for). But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.

"We had a shed pad installed for our new shed. Bob really worked to make sure we understood the different types of pads we could get as well as the ground leveling process. He was the only contractor we talked to that put the pad in the ground (excavating some dirt) so that it didn't just sit on top. As an added bonus, he swiped away a patch of really thick ivy that we've been struggling with. When scheduling the pad, he did delay the installation due to weather issues, showing real concern that if we didn't delay at least a day, the installation would be less than the professional level he likes to leave with. I left for the morning to go to work and when I came home, the pad was ready for a shed.
Bob shows a concern for his homeowner's well being in all matters and is very knowledgable. I fully recomend him to anyone seeking a similar install, and will consider Rock-a-fella's when ever I have a gravelly/patio/deck need in the future.

"I cant say enough about this company, wish I could grade higher than "A". We met the Creative Paver team at the Philly Home show and read their reviews on Angies List. Although we had estimates from several companies, we had a good feeling about them based on several factors: Professionalism, responsiveness, design ideas, willing to work on options to fit within our budget and their education and experience in the field. The word "Creative" in their name is not there by accident! We were very happy with the process and the completed project. Project: Rebuilt deck with Trex, Paver Patio and Firepit... all done by one contractor although I dont like to use the word contractor because it doesnt really describe this professional design/build company. "It went very well. They showed up by 7 a m and got started right away. Both men were proffesional and nice. The house which has alluminum siding and brick were completely cleaned. It looks 100% better and we couldn't be happier. While they were here I also had my front concrete porch and sidewalk power washed along with having my gutters cleaned out for an extra cost. All of this work done was worth every penny. We will be using them again in the future and will be referring this company to other home owners."
