"This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry.. I got a Great Company who Fixed All of my Problems and the customer service is Fantastic (Water Workz) The Best around.. Good Luck Drew Harp.. "

"The minimum of work was done. Head gardener complained of his crew who spent most of the day sitting in the shade. Telephone or text messages to the main landscaper took days and days for brief responses. The growing/watering directions went unsaid. There was no check up by the management afterwards. A tree planted too deeply is dying. Replacement of dead plants seemed to cause a problem and we ended up replacing them ourselves."

"Mark has been closing my pool for several years, and I was always satisfied. He would show up on time, and did a good job, after which I would pay him...never a problem. This spring my pool pump needed repair, as the motor was shot. We agreed on a price, $475 including labor. Mark wanted the money up-front, as he needed to purchase the pump motor. This should have been a warning sign...however, since I’d had good experiences with him in the past, I gave him the check. He promptly deposited the check (April 19th) and since then has become virtually unreachable. I have sent him many text messages and Voice mails, querying the status of the repair. Only once, when I called from a landline at my work, did Mark actually answer the phone (I suspect because caller ID didn’t identify me as the caller). He gave me some excuse that his supplier had sent him the wrong part, but he would take care of it and do the repair next Tuesday. Needless to say he never showed up. In the meantime I’ve found several reports online of similar occurrences, where Mark takes a check and then just disappears. It is truly disappointing that he would do this."
