His price seemed reasonable and it was nothing compared to Horizon (stay away from them!). I have had different plumbers "fix" this issue and they keep leaving me with a problem not solved. "Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. We are extremely pleased with the team Keith and his son and highly recommend Blue Boxer Plumbing!"

We used this company in 2009 (2nd floor furnace and A/C) and 2010 (1st floor A/C) and were very happy with their performance. When our 28 year old 1st floor furnace died, we only called Vaughan for an estimate. I checked on line for furnace and A/C estimates and felt the water heater and install was fairly priced. When I discussed the furnace and install estimate and said it seemed a little high Mike G. offered a slightly lower price which I accepted. Mike also made some recommendations that were fiscally in my favor; lining the chimney for the water heater or not; energy efficiency levels for rebates (end in 2016).

Matt N. and Matt W. who did the install performed all the mechanical, electric and plumbing superbly. As a registered professional engineer I appreciated good workmanship and Vaughan delivered for this third install since 2009. They were there when they said they would be and finished at the time planned. Everything was left in good order. The new exhaust and intake pipes to the outside were neatly done and good closure of no longer needed chimney vents.
