He came to my house the next morning. I had directly contacted another repair company that had me waiting 3 days for repair. Justin explained exactly what he found wrong. He then provided estimate for repairs. His work was fast and efficient. He showed me the faulty parts, and we figured out the initial problem was a painter had painted door exterior which stuck causing gears to hang up and gradually bend.
