"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."

"He was here at the scheduled time.  He did not initially introduce himself or greet me in a particularly professional manner.  He was not rude, but not particularly professional.He came into my home and peeked into the area of the dryer.  The vent pipe literally feeds directly through a whole in the wall behind the dryer, so this job, for all intents and purposes, should have been ridiculously easy for a professional. . .I purchased the service to save myself from actually moving my dryer myself.  He inquired where the vent fed to, which seemed a bit rhetorical, since one could look at the metal tube and see that it connected to the wall.He went outside, fed a flexible rod topped simply with a hand towel, into the vent.  He used a drill to create a turning motion to clean the lint out.  He pushed the dryer back when he was done and suggested I have it cleaned yearly.Within the next two days, I was using the dryer and realized that it was venting into the house.  I pulled the dryer out and realized that, when cleaning out the metal exhaust 'tube,' the duct tape holding it in place against the wall had come loose and was not longer even connected.  I had to attempt to retype it with duct tape, ultimately tearing the thin metal.  Ultimately, I had to run to Home Depot and purchase a whole new dryer vent tube and attachment ring and reinstall a brand new vent, which I probably should have just done in the first place.
It would have been nice if he would have been a bit more thorough and assured that the vent was secure before he left.  I guess he was too busy taking calls on his phone to notice. . .
