"I would appreciate being offered the best value for the service required. Instead, I felt like I was being offered something I did not need. All I needed was a plunger replaced and I was out of town and could not do it myself. It was a simple fix, yet it was suggested I might actually consider replacing the entire toilet! I did appreciate the immediate response time and the same day repair and service very much. Knowing what I needed and still being charged almost 200 dollars for the five-minute installation with a ten dollar part felt unfair. Still, the ability to get someone immediately was great. SGQB seemed to be the most knowledgeable and had the expertise to do a complete job installing our new tankless water heater. Because of how our existing water heater was plumbed, installing our tankless was more difficult than most. Serge took the time to explain how the installation would be completed and answered all my questions. The installation was completed as planned including the permit and inspections also handled by SGQB. SGQB did many steps to minimize the disruption to our daily routine and did the little things like covering our carpet when they worked inside the house. The water heater works great.
