It turned out that the wood below one of the sills had water damage and a third sill had water damage. The job required more work than expected. S&S assessed the problem, quoted a new price, purchased additional materials, and replaced all the damaged wood. S&S used pressure-treated wood, beveled the sills so water would drain, installed the sills with precision, and sealed them with caulk. While in our home S&S acted professionally and courteously, and cleaned up when they were finished. We recommend S&S for general home repair."

Aside from this small item, the men did an excellent job with what they had to work with. Car port a different, unit that was put up was one that was supposed to be up against and house, vice free standing. They had to come back and make it right, which cost me extra for materials to complete the project right. over all I am happy with his work, and would probably ask him to do more work if needed."
