He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "We contacted Steve at Sovereign Construction Services prior to listing our home for sale in order to resolve some issues we identified through a pre-sale home inspection. Due to some settling over time, the deck required some significant  leveling as well as some deck board replacement. Steve and Chris did an amazing job in accomplishing the task using creative thinking and great skill and craftsmanship.  After they were completed the deck looked wonderful and was structurally sound again. <br /> They also did a great job in repairing the wood framing at the base of the front door that had deteriorated over time due to its exposure to the elements.
