In 2019, we hired them to replace an outdoor spigot/hose bib and copper plumbing, which cost $309. That installation ultimately failed within a few years due to what a technician on a recent visit confirmed was an improper initial installation. Fast forward to our recent service call: a technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and quoted us over $700 to replace a simple hose bib with no additional parts required. After questioning the price, they ?discounted? it to $600. Feeling uneasy about the pricing, we asked them to stop the work so we could get a second opinion. "Eighteen months ago they put in a full new system (gas furnace, air handler, AC) a total cost of over $11,000. Now, I am selling my house, and the buyer inspectors found the wrong gauge electrical wire was run from the electric panel to the AC unit. It could be a fire hazard and needs to be corrected. Today they came to my house to check the work and agreed it is the wrong gauge wiring that was used and left saying they would come back tomorrow and replace it. Two hours later they called me and said they reviewed the paperwork and said since they reused the wire from the previous unit even though they should not have it there, It will be close to a $500 charge to run the correct wire. So just to know that is their a version of standing behind their work."
