Since the pipe was old and the fitting was not readily accessable, it was beyond my skill set to repair. I requested a quote and within a few minutes had a call from Frank. "This is the 2nd time I have used this co. They did an excellent job & worked hard until all work was completed. They fixed a burst pipe from main line to house, put in a pressure regulator valve, checked all water outlets in & outside of house, found a leaking pipe under the sink, fixed it, changed 4 shutoff bibbs/valves, & installed a Flow-Tech Anti-ScaleSystem which will help prevent mineral buildup in all the home pipes. they also drained the hot water heater tank.they are very honest & as an older women, I appreciate all. "There was leak in my laundry wall..that seems to come and go. I can not figure out where it is coming from. . I called several plumbers to get their opinion and quote. Several plumbers came and gave their opinion and quote. All of them stated that they need to use leak detection methods because they don't know where the leak is, it will be an extra charge once I agree to hire them. All the plumber gave me a quote based on what I told them. they but did not really do anything before hand . "Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."
