"I needed to replace my bathroom flooring due to some subfloor damaged caused by a water leak and was anxious and unsure of what I was getting was getting myself into. I tried to make several appointments with a few of the larger flooring installers in town which proved to be extremely difficult due to my busy schedule. A friend recommended Rob (as he had previously installed a custom shower that she was very pleased with). Rob was more than accommodating with my busy schedule and showed up on time for the estimate (he even called to let me know he was on the way and to make sure I was available). I felt so at ease as he explained the problem, listened to my concerns and together we came up with a plan that would fit my budget. The work was completed on time and I even asked for few upgrades in materials (which I am so happy for even though it cost me a little extra in time and products). I just wanted a basic tile floor installed and wasn’t expecting much but thanks to Rob’s experience, knowledge and patience I now have a bathroom floor that is stylish and unique at a reasonable price. "Some crooks smashed in the back door window and bent the door. I called Mr. Hooks and he came right out that evening to board up the window until he could get a new door. While replacing the door he also cleaned up some water damage and repainted. Very happy with the work and the quick response.

We had back porch enclosed and screened in, they came up with variety of options. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. They followed up in a few days and came back out to inspect again and also followed up with roof repair. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing.
