"We noticed that 4 of our fence post caps were missing and were most likely blown off during a wind storm. We contacted Fence Masters, who installed our fence 2 years ago to order replacements. Karen responded immediately and said they should have the post caps in stock and that TJ would be by to put them in at no cost. True to their word, TJ came by with the replacements, installed them, and he checked about 30 other post caps to make sure they were secure. This level of customer service is exceptional. Fence Masters was willing to make this service call two years after the original installation and also apologized that the caps blew off in the first place. We were prepared to pay for the materials and were pleasantly surprised that they covered this. We were so impressed with the professionalism, graciousness, and courtesy shown to us by Karen and TJ. "There were communication problems initially and the work took a while to get started. But once work started, it went very well. The workers were very professional and nice. They were respectful of our home and family. They did a great job and even gave us tips on how we could finish the part we would do later. All in all, it was worth the wait for a job very well done."

"Phase 1 rep first worked up yard plan in fall 2008, but construction on new addition and funds tight. We liked them enough to ask them to return in fall 2009. Rep amenable to dividing the job into phases. Designer and rep came up with interesting, unique approaches. Rep on site frequently and worked with project manager to adapt ideas to realities of installation. Very happy with final product. Phase 2 brought new rep, Shannon Reed, who worked with original plan and adapted it freely to fit our budget. We also had a deadline--a graduation party on June 11. Shannon emailed daily and kept up great communication. He had great ideas and worked with designer on a great combination of hardscape and plantings. When first budget presented overshot our budget, he adjusted freely, without compromising integrity of design. He is a friendly, eager to please person, and we enjoyed working with him. Installation team was professional and detailed, always leaving job in clean condition, even when not finished. Our project is small in comparision to lots of the work they do, but we were treated as if our city yard was a country mansion--very much appreciated."

"Poor experience, resulting in rotten wood being put up, gates that did not close properly, and fence posts that were not evenly spaced. When we complained we were told we were difficult customers. They eventually fixed the rotten wood but the posts could not be fixed and were told it was our fault because we did not know to ask that fence posts be evenly spaced. (Silly us - we assumed they'd do it right the first time since this is their profession and we've never installed a fence before!)"
