"I used Sila Heating Cooling and Plumbing service a few weeks ago because my HVAC system was giving me trouble. This was during the start of the heat wave and for some reason outside unit/condenser unit stopped working. The Inside unit was still working/blowing, but the condenser did not work. I called up Sila and they were able to send someone out right away. There was a program deal, so the charge to send someone out to inspect the problem was reduced to $79.00. Tyler Brawner was the technician they send out to inspect my unit. He not only found the issue, which was a worn out capacitor that needed to be replace. He clean the unit, and checked on my inside unit to make sure it was cooling properly. Tyler was a great tech who was transparent enough too discussed and guided me through everything he was doing, and provide me with some at home maintenance tips for my system. It’s about one month now and the unit is running as normal. Everything all together cost $313.37, I will definitely use their company again, check back with them close to winter to inspect the heating portion of the system."

He made his suggestions and provided an affordable price. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was outstanding. We also had another situation several months later when our heat stopped working in the middle of the winter. With a 1 year old in the house and the temperatures below freezing we were worried. Hamilton Plumbing came out same day and explained what was wrong and was able to fix it that day. Vernon made an accommodation to get out to us on a Friday and make sure that everything got working that day. "Ivan, from It's Phenomenal Air Heating and Cooling, was great. He was very professional and patient when answering our questions prior to accepting his quote to do the work. And additional bonus is that he recommended the Goodman A/C and heating systems, which get very good reviews and are not overly expensive. On the day of installation, he was very thorough and made sure the work was done properly. He also followed up with emails and made an additional visit to check the humidity levels in the house. We will definitely hire him and It's Phenomenal again for any other HVAC work and we recommend him to anyone else needing such work done."

"Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. The work was done in a timely manner and we have been completely satisfied. We would definitely hire B A R Appliances again for our HVAC needs."

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"Their Salesman was early to our appointment, which was good. He promptly put on the plastic booties to keep boot crud off of my floors (also good). After he looked at the boiler, tank and surrounding piping he consulted his ipad and gave a detailed estimate. He took the time to explain each item and how any changes would affect the total cost.
After taking several estimates I called amazing to do the work and they sent their chief engineer and owner to do a final survey. I scheduled a date and their workmen were ringing my bell at the exact time scheduled (0730). It took longer that they expected to remove the old tank and had to return the next day to complete the install. They even ran new thermostat wire since my old 1930s era wiring didn't support the modern equipment they installed. When the work was finished I authorized the final 2/3 of the payment (having paid 1/3 in the beginning) The amount was as quoted, even though they experienced unexpected difficulties. This is fantastic! I have an old Baltimore dutch colonial style home built in 1928. I constantly have issues with contractors saying they have experience with old homes and then wanting to jack up the price when they encounter some thing they didn't expect. If you're as experienced as you say add it to the estimate! I'm a grown up I can understand contingency costs! Amazing proved that they were every bit as experienced as they claim and I will now use them for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

"Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more."
