They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.

"Had to be out-of-town when the repair needed to be made. All contact with Mike to describe the problem, get an estimate, schedule the work, see the repairs, and make payment was done electronically (via text messages, email and the web). He did a beautiful job and the price was reasonable. He also came back and fixed a related problem that was not part of the original agreement, and he didn't charge anything additional. If you want a contractor who does great work and provides excellent customer service at a reasonable price, this is your guy!"

"I was looking for a company to remove the textured/popcorn ceiling throughout my entire house.  George Jr. came and did an estimate.  He was very punctual, professional and extremely patient with all of my questions.  I must have called/emailed 10+ times with questions.  He was also very accommodating with my schedule.  Price was very competitive considering the amount of work and vaulted ceilings.
The house was vacant so it was easier than having to work around furniture.  I actually don't think it would have been possible with furniture.  There was an incredible amount of dust during the work in progress.  Finished work was just as I had expected.  I highly recommend George and his crew and would use them again in the future.
