They were prompt, professional, did an excellent job and had the whole project wrapped up in less than an hour. "He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."

"The gentleman called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived on time as scheduled.  He examined the problem, determined that the cause was with a nylon pipe connector, and not the water pump itself as I had feared. He explained what he needed to do to replace the part and why the original part failed.  He did the work quickly and  neatly, and the final amount was very close to the original estimate.  The lady I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was also pleasant, helpful and professional.  While I would not consider the price a bargain, it was reasonable and in line with other companies I had spoken to, and the job appeared well done.  I would use this company again.

The intake person, Norma, was friendly and professional, and she scheduled the appointment for that Friday, January 25. We opted for the 10-2 time window for the visit. The plumber, Jack, called us a little before 10:00 to say that he could come by a little early, if that was OK. It was fine with us, and he showed up and undertook the work. We didn't want to shop around in advance for the parts, so we explained to Norma what we were looking for and followed up with an email that she shared with the plumber in advance of the visit. Jack, the plumber showed up with good-quality replacement parts that met our requirements. We know we could have purchased these parts more cheaply on our own, but it saved us time and gas to just have the plumber "shop" for us and then do the replacement work. Though Saffer is on the expensive side, even with a coupon, we were pleased with both the parts and Jack's work."
