"Ali's, (the owner) men showed up when they said they would. This was my daughter's condo. I got there a half hour before the men came. I found that my daughter didn't take the cover off the compressor. I called Ali to tell him what I found. He said his men were 5 minutes away and let them look at it. If that is all it is he would wave the service charge. After checking out the unit thoroughly they determined that the cover was the problem. The air was blowing cold. As Ali promised there was no service charge. It is refreshing to do business with a man of integrity. Not only will I call him for my daughter's unit but he gained a customer in me. His reviews are outstanding and now I know why."

"We had an older Heatmaker combination unit boiler that was 32 years old that needed to be replaced. We started out with several estimates and first decided what could be used in our space constrained garage. We decided on a Navien combination unit and focused a obtained a couple more estimates. Dawson in fact was one of the last estimates we obtained. While Dave from Dawson had the benefit of us being well along the learning curve, he was able to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how best to solve the condensate dilemma. He even was spot on with regards to treating our well water to minimize scale buildup in our new boiler. We knew we had reached that point where we felt we had found the best installer in Dave. Dave verified his condensate solution with the local township inspector and we scheduled the install date in two weeks. Carlos and Pablo showed up on time and dismantled the old unit and piping and did a first rate and well thought out installation job. Carlos had extensive experience installing these Navien units and it really showed. They managed to work in a tight space that PSE&G’s installers would not have with relocating a well tank. After all the plumbing was done, Ricky did the electrical work and adjusted some final dip switch settings before firing up the new boiler. Dave and his crew really are top notch. His front office staff (Wanda and Ondrea) made the PSE&G interest free financing and permitting approval process seemless. We are looking forward to the operation and efficiency of our new high efficiency boiler for years to come. "Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build.
