"We had set a time and date and he came when he said. Replaced the light and took the fixture  to another unit. He discussed
carbon dioxide detecters their value and where to place them. He will do that when he comes next time. (Done  before 6/2014)He removed some extension cords and  lights. He had two other electricans working. He was out of town for a few days but called or e-mailed frquently. He appreciated I had a time frame and worked to meet it. "This house is tenant occupied so I am relying on the tenant's report but the tenant is satisfied with the outcome. Apparently the wiring was disconnected to the two spotlights and the wiring to the switch by the bed is really screwed up. So, they did the best job they could without opening up sheetrock which would have been another contractor and more delays and inconveniences to my tenants. When K&I originally came for the bid, they  even repaired a small electrical problem for no charge. They were very easy to work with and very patient with tenant scheduling problems. I would use them again.

At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system.
