During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. We have never done a kitchen renovation before and were a little anxious about the process and making choices. Lenny allayed our fears and was spot on with suggestions. Lisa was always available for communication and answering questions. The sub-contractors were all excellent, personable and professional. The whole job was finished ahead of schedule which allowed for our 18 month old granddaughter to come for an earlier visit! I am a self employed General Contractor with subs who work under me, but also with me. I work on every job and I handle all my affairs. I always work under contract and with estimates. By the hour is exactly that, by the hour! I specialize in all phases of construction. I have been in construction for over 30 years and I am fully insured and registered with the State of NH. I am lead certified and I have a mold remediation company that does all my mold work. I do not charge for travel, as that is something you have to do to get to work. I work every job differently on the billing procedures, as not every job is the same. I work with customers on all phases such as design, paint schemes, window layout, lighting, doors, and general footprints for small additions and garages. I do all my own dirt work straight through to the finish work. And most importantly, when you call my phone, I answer it, day or night!
