"The issue began in the early hours of the day of service, and by early I mean shortly after midnight of the previous evening.  My alarm sounded, signaling a leak in the area of the water heater.  After properly shutting off the gas and water to the heater, I e-mailed NE Renovations, detailing my need for service.  That was shortly before 2am of the day of service.  Upon waking the next morning and calling NE Renovations at 7am, I left a message.  Not even five minutes passed when Richard, the owner, called me personally.  He had already garnered the details from the e-mail that I sent, and told me that one of his workers would call me within thirty minutes.  No sooner did I hang up with Richard when I got the call from Jim, the individual working for Richard.  Jim and I discussed the situation, and he arrived promptly to ascertain what service was needed.  He was very informative and strait-forward, detailing the work that was needed and the cost.  He left to purchase the proper water heater and arrived back shortly thereafter.  He and I spoke while he was working, as I was curious not only of the current work being done, but possible work that I would like to have done in the near future.  He had no problems with having me constantly interrupt him with additional questions, and he was always courteous and professional.  The work itself was top notch, and he explained everything as he was working.  The work was completed before noon, and I was back in business.  Fortunately, this situation happened to me on a mild day, but I'm secure in the fact that had this been in the dead of winter, NE Renovations would be just as responsive."
