"The service for the big deal from One Choice Mechanical for air conditioner tune up was fine. It was fine. They came in and I wasn't there. My mother was able to meet the man who came over. She said that it didn't take very long and everything was fine and paid. It went just fine, it was great. It was worth the money. There were no repairs. He didn't say, well, you need this, you need this, you need this, nothing, no. It was a nice experience. I called by a day or so and set up an appointment and made sure that my mother could make it and she said yes. It was within the same week of the big deal purchase, maybe just a few days or something like that. Everything went smoothly."

"Remember how service used to be? These people do! Not only did they do what I contracted with them to do, but the service guy who came explained why they replaced a part, its importance to the unit, and was very professional and personable. When I called 6 hours later to leave a message saying my unit was still cycling and hadn't shut off, the owner called me back that evening(tho I asked only that he call the next day), explained what was probably happening (still cooling down), why (he had called the service guy and found it was 86 degrees when he came), and when to expect it to change. He was right. And I'm a very happy customer. These people understand what "service" means - or used to mean!"

"Prudential has done my annual maintenance for a couple of years. Recently the AC gave out after 17 years with the original unit. Prudential was prompt in their response to look at the issue. They proposed options to fix, but I chose to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase a new unit which was good. Keith was my sales representative, and was very professional with his recommendations. I got 2 additional quotes from other vendors before choosing to go with Prudential, and I am glad with the decision. Unit installed and working great! Keith even made recommendations on window replacements that would make the overall home much cooler. Looking into that now. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
