"Great communication, awful execution. Along with all the delays, their failure to actually fix many of our concerns was appalling. Shoddy electrical work, poor tile and drywall craftsmanship, awful grout work. They were "willing" to fix the issues and responded immediately to our concerns. Unfortunately the office can't fix what the installers/contractors mess up. A one week project turned into 3. A real shame as we were sold on quality and went them for that reason. "

"Amazing service. Tyler redid 2 of my boyfriend’s bathroom. He took out the bathtub and installed a walk in shower because my boyfriend is 86 and has trouble getting out of bathtubs. He also added a barn door shower in both bathrooms., he put in shower seats and grab bars in both bathrooms. He even came back to fix some issues we were having. He is considerate, understanding and really easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company. "

The contract was not done properly, the materials were not very good and unfortunately the person they sent was not very good. It took eleven days to complete and the person was not even sure what the job entailed. I feel that I paid for something that I didn't really get.I would be very careful if you are interested in hiring this company. "
