He told us it would take three weeks to manufacture the windows, and it did. When they were ready we were contacted by the installation company, and they were installed within a few days. The company was prompt, neat, and did an excellent job. They then reviewed how to operate them. The entire job was done in a day, and all of the old materials were taken away.
