"The job went very well. There were some added unforeseen problems which were taken care of at a reasonable additional price. The contractors were very professional and pleasant to work with , despite the additional work and pressure to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had as much confidence in a contractor since our roofing and siding was done. Sadly, that gentleman has retired. We plan on having Mike do the finish coat on the entire house in the spring. "Jessica Bianchini, the set up person, was very efficient. We had a stone mason by the name of Ron who fixed a broken keystone in our front porch archway, and the break is now undetectable. We are having them come back to fix some stucco in several areas. They are very good and quick. Highly recommend and pricing is reasonable."

"Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."

"He was prompt, professional and very courteous. We have a newborn, so dealing with a leak was not something I could handle right now. I don't have a ton of experience with chimney repair so the price seemed on the high end of reasonable, but he was responsive on the first day and came to do the repair as soon as weather permitted. We just had our first rain since the repair and everything stayed very dry. Well worth any additional expense."

"Hired them to remove front patio that was cracked and sunken. I suspected this was the cause of some water issues in my basement. Picked this company because of the reviews and their written/typed and emailed estimate(which was not the lowest)by far the most detailed in terms of what would be done.Upon remove of concrete noticed issues with foundation which was given additional estimate to fix.I wasn't pressured into completing/agreeing to anything additional and everyone took their time to explain what new problems were. Guys hand dug out the front of my house 6+ft to fill cracks in my foundation and apply a tar cover and fill and tamp down. They even applied sealant to my gas and water pipes coming into the house!Then they applied gravel with mesh and rybar into the wall to keep my concrete pad from sinking again. Work is still being completed, very extensive job!(plus little rain delay) Several neighbors have commented how great/nice the men there are and what quality work was being completed.Everything so far looks fantastic. I've been keeping pictures detailing the progress of the job which I'll see if I can post. On the last leg of completion, just need to have concrete poured tomorrow. And then let it set. So ready to have a nice patio for the summer!!!
