Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!"

"Mike was on time, easy to communicate with and did excellent tile work. The job was a laundry room. Not a big job, but I know he would take that level of service to a bigger job. His tile cutter John was excellent as well. They removed the old washer and dryer from the room. Since we were replacing those units , they did not have to re-install them - although they would have. Other tilers will not re-install washers and dryers. Both Mike and John were friendly and provided suggestions on maintenance and cleaning the new and old tile. I would definitely hire them again."

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."
