I called customer service and was greeted by a high-pressure salesman. They wanted to spray my roof down with a cleaner for $650 to "control organic matter buildup". I almost laughed at the salesman. "due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."
