"Water heater repair and Had Gerald Schulz out here and he did a great job."

At George Brazil, we strive to provide the best and most comprehensive customer service experience you have ever had. One of the ways we do this is to go over with you our agenda card. We will explain to you, before we even begin to do any work what you can expect from us. This way we both know what is going to be done and in what stages. Nothing left to guess.

"Exceeded my expectations from the start. Caleb Garver was on time. He efficiently explained what systems would work well in our house. The installers arrived the next day on schedule. Fernando and his co-installer were efficient, worked in horrible heat. The outdoor temperature was 105+. Fernando explained everything and showed us how to use the thermostat and change the filters. Then a senior technician, Robert, came and did a complete inspection and sign off of the job. Because of the outstanding experience with the quote/sale and installation, we were comfortable getting the maintenance plan. We highly recommend Emergency Air."

"Glenn was very professional and went out of his way to please us.  The installation of the RO and water conditioner went really well.  The installers went right to work and were friendly.  Right away we noticed such a difference in the water.  It's amazing!  We couldn't be happier with what we purchased!"

"Chris did a excellent job and was excellent at explaining the workings of the system. Will have them back for a water softener install. Excellent!"

"La Darian was terrific. He came to inspect the plumbing and discovered that the house needed a water pressure reducing valve due to high pressure. In addition, the water heater was nearing its end of life. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He worked within my time frame on consecutive days. He was on time, worked steady and completed the job in an efficient manner. He was easy to talk with and informed me each step of the way of the process. He presented me with choices when it came to purchasing my needed products. I want La Darian to work on any plumbing needs I may have in the future. He is a top notch professional."

"They came out and showed me the weakness of my water heater and where it was already leaking and rusting. Made appointment to come back and replace.

"Stephen was great! Very thorough checking for leaks and took the time to make everything look clean and professional. We just moved into our house and he also showed us how to use our water softener and care for our hot water heater. He really took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making me feel rushed and generally was very pleasant and kind to me and my family. Thank you Stephen!"

"As stated above, the technician arrived on time, flushed the water heater and checked the water filters under my kitchen sink.

"Al's Plumbing is the best. They called me right away when I requested a quote from several plumbers. Al the owner called me. I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! I will only use Al's Plumbing for all my Plumbing services. He is honest and gets the job done. Thank you Al!!"
