"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Other than having to wait more than a week for the out-of-stock part to arrive, it was a good experience. It’s a challenge to be unable to use one’s washer for a couple of weeks! This is the second time in less than six months of owning this machine that the part went bad. Previous companies that tried to fix it said they could not find the source of the leak. My technician knew exactly what it was when I described the problem to him. He took pictures and showed me. I appreciated that. I hope I do not have future problems with this machine, but I will definitely call Mr. Rogers again if I do."

"very honest in the cost of the repairs"

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
