We opted for the "Plus" Design Package and are having them install a paver patio in our backyard and tear out and replace existing old and neglected landscaping beds in front and along both sides of our house. It took just one fairly brief meeting at our house for him to learn what we were looking for, explain some options, and take photos/videos/measurements for the design process... all of which he did while accommodating our schedules and coming over after regular working hours.
