When some black grout stained some white woodwork in the hall, they sent out a painter to repaint! when a clock and towel bar in the bathroom was to be rehung on very expensive glass tile, they sent out a technician to drill and do the install (perfectly, I will add!). When an install on a lighting fixture resulted in a hole in the drywall (not Carifa's fault) they immediately sent out a handy man to re-spackle and repair the hole! What more could you want. The quality of the work was A+. They all receive our highest recommendation."

Chris and his crew take great pride in their work and it shows. I purchased the tile and the grout and Chris then removed the old tile and underlayment, purchased and installed the new underlayment, and installed the new tile and grout. "When removing the toilet to remodel my bathrrom, several tiles came up with it.  The floor was original to the house (68 yrs old) with a cement subfloor.   Since this is the only bathroom in the house, Dan agreed to start the job on Saturday.  I bought my own tiles and they completed removing the rest of the floor, applied two layers of leveler, layed the new tile and grouted.  It took four days.  When the rest of the remodeling was done they came back and reinstalled the toilet.  They were always punctual and very curtious.  Every tile cut was perfect!  The floor looks AMAZING!  I would recommend them to everyone who needs a reputable company that knows what they are doing."

"The Coit technician gave me a 15-20 minute call ahead- prior to arriving.  Once at my door he was quick to introduce himself and seemed very knowledgable and professional.  We discussed the services available and pricing.  Once we agreed on services he was quick to get started.  He wasted no time setting up corner protection, rug and flooring protection for adjacent floors.  He vacuumed the areas first.  He pretreated areas and i have several spots where my children had gotten gum or something stuck to the floor-  my technician worked on both areas and was able to successfully remove both!  The overall cleaning process did not take too long even with our couch, 2 rooms and a rug.  He offered several tips on how to dry our rooms out quickly.  He put styrofoam blocks under all legs to prevent rust marks.  The price was fair and service was High- a rare combination.  The Coit team is very professional and trustworthy.  The outcome is amazing!  They machine and products work great!  Chris my technician texted me in advance- to advise he was on his way. Showed up on time, was very professional and explained in detail about the services I requested. He protected my doors, hallway and wall corners with plastic corner guards and walk off carpet. His quote was his price- no funny business or "add-ons". The cleaning process was quick and efficient and looks fantastic!
