"This company is great! He responds quickly. I actually put him off about 5 day so I could get other quotes. Some of the "big-name" companies didn't even respond. I needed a torsion spring conversion. 4 companies quoted $600. and one company quoted $700. Phoenix Garage Doors was $475. Once I was ready I texted him back and he came the next morning and completed the conversion within 1 hour. He even gave me pointers how to maintain my garage door. "They said they could replace a part - I can't think of the part on the air conditioner they were gonna replace. It wasn't the whole unit; they were going to kind of piece it together to make it work. It's like 20 years old. So they came out and said no, you don't need a new air conditioner, we can just fix it. And this was like the second time they'd come out to check the air conditioner, over a two month period. They just wanted to do a patch work on it. I'm still using them. They were good on some things but on that, the air conditioner, they weren't at all. Even the little part they were gonna replace, they wanted me to pay $900 for that, just to patch work it. And it's 20 years old - you know it's gonna break again."
