"He had to fit the water heater into a small spot. He had to remove the molding for the door opening to get the heater in place. Once he had the water heater secure in place, he replaced the molding, and you can't tell that the molding had been removed. Very professional job!"

"They are replacing my water heater."

"Mike did a beautiful job on repairing the cabinet door that was split lengthwise. He put it back together and reattached it to the cabinet. The quality was excellent. I also had an old wooden chair that had a split seat. He put it together and it seems to be good. I needed a counter tile replaced and he went out and found a similar tile and grouted it in. Very nice job. Thank you!"

"I'm not a robot and I didn't know Al or his son before they came to my house on 8/25/22. With that said, I couldn't have been more pleased with the the work they did, the price they charged, and the fair, honest, and reliable way they conducted their business. They did a wonderful job, charged a very fair and competitive price (especially during this recession!), arrived right on time, stayed until the job was completely finished, and performed far more tasks than we had originally bargained for. It was an absolute pleasure working with them, and they are are well-worthy of my highest recommendation."

"Amazing!!!! Was fast on time and professional, installed the water heater in no time and correctly!!! Would give 10 start rating if I could"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
