"Mike came and evaluated our drain in the basement, all cast iron, with metal sediment pooling in the drain to the sewer line. We had a lengthy discussion about chasing problems versus replacing the full line to where the prior homeowner replaced in 2015. We opted to not have to excavate our basement twice and fix the full sewer. Mike monitored the crew, answered any questions we had along the way.
