"Ongrade plumbing and excavating was a god send. Unbelievable how clean and professional they were from start to finish on my sewer line replacement. They did their best to protect my grass with plywood and did a very good job cleaning up given the huge pile of dirt! "Their website stated they will clean any drain including the main drain for $79 guaranteed. After $1000, our main drain is still clogged. There solution was to spend another $10,000 to dig the line up. Another company did the work for $3,000."

"We had Jim and his team dig a crawl space hole in our backyard for an ADU for my wife’s parents. I had constructed dozens of homes in years past but the space in my personal back yard was extremely limited. I was completely amazed on how they dug, stored the dirt, and back filled the new foundation with proper compaction! I would definitely recommend and hire Jim and his guys every time!"

"my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"
