I purchased a Daikin 5 ton heat pump from CCC on June 5, 2018 and I am very satisfied with the product but more so with the techs they have sent and the office staff. Everyone is knowledgeable about their role and professional when speaking with me. Other A/C companies should take a few lessons from CCC – they showed up on time, got to work immediately, explain what they did, they were courteous, respectful and cleaned-up everything inside and outside. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
