"It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."

"I hired Michael' Complete Home Maintenance to replace two old celling fan and replace with two new fans and had three light fixture replaced did a fast great job...so had them to run water line for my ice maker.
