"My central AC unit broke down in a hot day. I called multiple contractors, but no one could provide service in the next a few days except Joel. Joel understood my urgency and was able to help on the same day which was his off-work day. He trouble-shot the issue and fixed the problem within about an hour. His charge is also reasonable. I have confidence in him and plan to hire him again in my future AC repair."

"We had a 30+ year old R22 compressor give out, and need to have it (and the entire AC system upstairs) replaced with a newer system. The team from Advanced Mechanical Services was fantastic. The estimate was done the next day after my initial call, and the job was quickly scheduled & finished in less than two days. The team left a perfectly clean yard (had to work from the outside as well due to the narrow access to our attic from indoors) and driveway, the interior was of the home spotless afterwards, and the work was well done and very professional. Plus they were extremely friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and address any potential concerns that I had - and not knowing a thing about HVAC systems I had quite a few questions! A big 'thank you' to doing this so quickly, and right before the start of the summer season and the high temperatures!"

"Perfect as I expected and more. East Coast installed a central air system and a ductless heating and calling system in my house. They were much affordable than their competitor."

"I worked with several contractors to identify the best solution and price for my new boiler/tankless water heater. Chad was patient and thorough in his explanation of my options and costs. He installed a high efficiency system in 2015 that has worked flawlessly. We NEVER run out of hot water. The space in the basement has been cleared with the elimination of the old boiler and stand alone hot water heater and best of all.... my propane gas usage is 1/3 the amount it has been in previous years. Chad did a beautiful job on the installation. His work is meticulous and I've often told my friends/neighbors it is a work of art. He also helped me with the rebates and finance options available. I could not have asked for a better contractor. Chad was responsive, on time and left my house better than he found it. He removed the old equipment and even helped me by installing a new double filtration system for my well which he configured much better than the previous single filter. Based on this install and level of service, I would give Chad the highest possible recommendation."

"Very accommodating to my schedule. Everything neatly done . The final copper work looks like a piece of art. These people know what they are doing make no mistake about that. If you want the best hire this company. They are very knowledgeable and answer all of your questions. They are very easy to work with every step of the way for your project"

"It got done, unfortunately required a full system replacement."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

"Vista installed new vinyl siding on our house and I couldn't be happier with the result. Our house looks brand new and I love the color. The communication was excellent! Every step of the project was very organized and I loved how Keith and Brian checked in every few days. The work crew was very repectful of our propery and the quality quality of work is amazing. Overall it was a refreshing, seamless experience. I would highly recommend them."

"Very well. I had an appointment for approximately 8 AM. They were a bit late, but had called to let me know, and it wasn't a problem for me. They spent well over an hour on the job. They took a ton of lint out of the vent pipes and the dryer itself. I'm pretty sure that whoever it was I had in last time did not open up the dryer to clean it. They also installed a "bird cage" around the vent opening on the side of the house to prevent critters from getting in. (I don't think I have had problems with birds getting in, but why take the chance?) They were very thorough. The job cost more than the initial estimate, but this was because my vent pipe was longer than I had realized. It was reasonable."
